A small dedicated team of IFA's who work to develop long term relationships with our clients. We ensure our clients financial requirements are catered for throughout the different phases of life by developing close personal relationships, applying our knowledge of our clients' needs and the marketplace to every aspect of finance.
How we work
When we first meet, we will usually start by discussing your aims and needs in general before going on to conduct a thorough financial review.
Following this review, we will take time to consider your situation and needs in detail before discussing our conclusions and recommendations with you.
You will receive a copy of our Terms of Business* for your retention and we will provide Illustrations of Benefits/Key Features Documents for any products recommended.
You will also receive a personal letter explaining the reasons why a particular course of action has been recommended and confirming the details of any contracts set up by us on your behalf.
* Our Terms of Business includes details of how we get paid:
- By commission paid to us by the company we place your business with (in which case you will be informed in writing of how much we will receive)
OR
- By fees agreed in advance.
